Free Instrument Check-Ups
We know you will want your fretted instrument to keep on playing at its full potential. That's why Bullfrog Music offers free yearly check-ups for your instrument, regardless of where it was purchased. Think of it as an annual physical exam for your instrument, to prevent minor problems from becoming major ones.
Lifetime Free Service Policy
Any new instrument purchased from Bullfrog Music receives free adjustments and set-ups, typically a $30-50 charge, for as long as you own your instrument. This includes free string installation with each purchase of a new set of strings.
Trade-Ins and Consignments
Bullfrog Music welcomes trade-ins on new instruments. We can also help sell your instrument on consignment. Why hassle with strangers responding to a classified ad when our consignment fees are extremely competitive and our conveniently located store provides a safe location to display your instrument for sale.
Guitar Accessories
We also carry many accessories, such as strings, capos, tuners, straps, gig bags, hardshell cases, guitar and music stands, stomp-boxes, method and practice books, and much more. If you play guitar, bass or mandolin, we can likely meet all your needs right here. In addition to our regular inventory of products, Bullfrog Music provides customers with speedy access to many items and brand-name products not currently on display in the store.
Repairs
Bullfrog Music offers high-quality professional repairs, set-ups and adjustments for all fretted instruments, with free estimates, reasonable rates and a fast turn-around. As a guitar and fretted instrument technician for over 24 years, Kurt has earned the trust of performing musicians in Corvallis and the surrounding communities. He has the equipment and expertise to solve almost any problem, including nut, fret and bridge work, structural repairs, pickup installations and electronic control wiring.
Lessons
Kurt has been a performing musician and guitar instructor for more than three decades, and currently performs with the Blue Honey trio. He offers professional private lessons for beginners to advanced players in many styles for acoustic and electric guitars. Lessons are available for students 12 years of age and up. Kurt creates customized lesson plans precisely tailored to each student's needs. Group guitar classes are also conducted throughout the year. Please call for scheduling.
